Amazon’s Jeff Bezos takes his battle with Tesla to another level

Amazon Inc (NASDAQ: AMZN) is investing in battery recycling startup Redwood Materials, which was founded by former Tesla executive JB Straubel. The investment is part of Amazon’s $2 billion Climate Pledge Fund which it is committing to Redwood and three other companies. Click here to read more

Johnson & Johnson charged with civil insurance fraud 

The New York State has filed civil charges accusing Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) of insurance fraud for downplaying the risks of its opioid painkillers. The company was also accused of dismissing opioid addiction as a myth in its marketing, but the company maintained that its action was appropriate and responsible. Herman Miller is another winner from the remote work trend 

Office furniture retailer Herman Miller (NASDAQ: MLHR) released outstanding quarterly results that showed the company is benefitting from the work-from-home trend. Its home office category has increased by nearly 300% since 2019. Herman Miller made $626.8 million in revenue, topping estimates of $524.8 million. Shares soared 33.5% on Thursday after the report.  Click here to read more
