Apple is suing former recycling partner, GEEP Canada — now a part of Quantum Lifecycle Partners — for allegedly stealing and reselling at least 103,845 iPhones, iPads, and Watches that it was hired to disassemble.

Tesla Didn’t Deliver Enough Cars To Make Wallstreet Happy.
Tesla Inc. stock fell more than 5% Friday after the Silicon Valley car maker reported quarterly sales that were above Wall Street consensus and hit a record, but failed to dispel concerns about the company’s longer-term goals.
