Tesla’s New EV for Kids
Plus: FTC sues Nvidia to block Arm deal & Alibaba could be leaving the U.S stock market
Hello there,
Tesla (TSLA) just launched a new EV model that is designed for kids.
Why this matters: I guess Tesla has finally delivered on its Cybertruck launch. The Cyberquad - a four-wheeled ATV modeled after its avant-garde Cybertruck will cost $1,900. What investors are really waiting for is the Cybertruck the company announced over two years ago. But this is definitely a cool gift idea for the holidays. (Barron's)

FTC sues to block Nvidia’s Arm deal
The Federal Trade Commission sued Nvidia (NVDA) to block its proposed acquisition of Arm.
Why this matters: The FTC is suing to block the largest semiconductor chip merger in history to prevent a chip giant from stifling the innovations of other tech companies. Nvidia is determined to continue to work to demonstrate that this transaction will benefit the industry and promote competition. (Barron's)
Alibaba could be leaving the U.S stock market
Alibaba (BABA) stock hit a record low following concerns that the company may be delisting from the U.S stock market.
Why this matters: Chinese regulators could restrict companies’ abilities to list overseas, raising the prospect that Alibaba and other groups may be forced to ditch their listings on the New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq. Investors are concerned about the future of Alibaba. (Barron's)
